You will seldom find Robert at his office he is out in the field checking on each home he is building, and if the customer happens to be there Robert will take the time needed to answer any questions or concerns they may have. Customers comment on how patient and approachable Robert is, this makes a big impact on building a new home, which can be stressful at times. Currently Quality Development is building many custom homes throughout Yuma, many of them are in Dunes III just off 32nd street west of Avenue A, take a drive in phase three in the Dunes and you will see many Quality Development signs, he also has several homes going up in Adobe Ridge north of Arizona Western College south of highway 95.

In January of 2006 Quality Development built a beautiful 5000 square foot office which is located at 2589 East 24th Street you cannot miss the beautiful brown building with large clay pots sitting on the patio that catch's everyone's eye from the street.
